Jarred Nielson founded Tasman Energy Advisory to help people understand their options, set clear priorities and invest with confidence.
Jarred is a qualified mechanical engineer with more than 15 years’ experience across engineering, energy and asset management. His work has centred on investigating complex systems, understanding performance and guiding practical, evidence-based investment decisions.
He saw how difficult it can be for homeowners and organisations to know which improvements are genuinely worthwhile. Quotes often focus on one product, while generic advice rarely considers how the building, equipment, energy use, budget and future plans work together.
Based in Hobart, Jarred is an independent energy advisor for homes, businesses, community facilities and larger projects across Southern Tasmania. Every recommendation is practical, clearly explained and shaped around the client’s needs, not a sales target.
